Championship
Following the completion of all Championship sections in all four events, to decide the overall standings in each event, a play off will take place between the Countries, in the same positions of the 2 Championship sections other than the gold and silver medal winners. i.e. in the Championship sections the 2nd top Countries in either section will play off for the 3rd and 4th places. The winning team will receive 24 points and the runner up 23 points. The remainder of the Countries will play off for the points right down to 12th place, which receives 13 points.

Plate
Following completion of all Plate sections in all four events, to decide the overall standings in each event, a play off will take place between the Countries in the same positions of the 2 Plate sections, other than the gold and silver plate winners. ie in the Plate sections the 2nd top Countries in either section will play of for the 3rd and 4th places. The winning team will receive 12 points, the runner up 11 points. The remainder of the Countries will play off for the points right down to 24th place, which receives 1 point.
